If your item is faulty when you receive it please notify contact@aquaticdisco.com as soon as your order is received, within our 14 day policy. If you inform Aquatic Disco after the 14 day period of items being faulty, we are NOT able to offer an exchange or refund.

Faulty items returned to us within our 14 day policy will be reviewed by our in house quality control team and the customer will be notified of an update within 3-5 working days. Any items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear and tear, are not considered to be faulty.

Faulty items will be replaced if a replacement is in stock and available. If the item is out of stock we will be in touch with the customer, whether they would prefer to receive a refund or to exchange for an appropriate alternative.

As our products are produced in limited quantities. We will try to accommodate your exchange but cannot guarantee the item's availability.

If you wish to exchange your item please send an email to contact@aquaticdisco.com with the subject 'EXCHANGE'.

Include your name, order number, the item/s you would like to exchange and the item/s you would like to receive in return. 

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the item you requested in exchange is available, it will be shipped to you promptly. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing. If the item is not available, we will contact you as to whether you would prefer to receive a refund or to exchange for an appropriate alternative.

We do not provide return shipping labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns Process:

If you’d like to return an item please first ensure it meets the return conditions.

Please email contact@aquaticdisco.com with the subject ‘RETURN’, and include your name, order #, the item/s you would like to return and reason for returning.

Our customer support team will respond with how and where to send your package. (*Items posted to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).

We do not provide return shipping labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until received by Aquatic Disco. We highly suggest using a using a trusted courier and keeping your tracking details until we have confirmed a safe receipt. (*Aquatic Disco is not liable for lost packages).

Once your return has been safely received, we will examine it for any signs of wear or damage, only after these checks have taken place will we issue the refund. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date of receipt for this to take place. 

Returns Policy:

We offer full refunds on all full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns outside of this time frame.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all hygiene liners attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the garment bag.

Return parcels must be shipped using a traceable service at your expense. Please obtain the tracking number.

Any parcel returned after the 14-day period will be refused and returned to the sender.

Any item returned with a strong odour or scent will be sent back to the customer and will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds are only made to the same payment method used to purchase the Aquatic Disco product.

If your parcel has been marked as delivered and proof of delivery has been provided by the courier, but you are unable to locate the parcel, please note that we cannot be held responsible and will not issue a replacement.
