Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.
Orders placed Monday through Sunday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will be sent an order confirmation email to the email address entered at checkout. This email will include a tracking number that can be entered on the Australia Post site.
If your tracking has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, you will need to contact Australia Post directly. Aquatic Disco takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.
To avoid any delays, please ensure that the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipment details as once the package has left our warehouse we cannot amend these details.
Please note that international customers may be required to pay sales tax, import duties, or customs charges. Taxes & duties vary based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order cost or shipping fee. Taxes and customs charges vary by country and state. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable fees.
Aquatic Disco is not responsible for additional taxes and customs charges incurred during shipment. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any applicable taxes and duties, and the return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries. These charges are imposed by your country's government, not by the courier or postal service.
